Kennedy O'Callaghan Architects was appointed by Drivers Jonas Deloitte to assist in preparing feasibility studies for new visitor facilities at the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum in Belfast and the Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh.

We advised on the accommodation areas required to meet projected visitor numbers and we tested the brief against the site and building constraints, to ensure that the accommodation could be arranged on site to comply with the operational requirements of the museum. We also examined traffic flow, service vehicle access, parking requirements, bus set-down points and pedestrian traffic flows. We illustrated layout options for the feasibility study.
