ProjectsCanal House, Brentford - Mixed use developmentMasterplanning, Feasibility Study This project comprises a mixed-use development on the Grand Union Canal for a consortium of landowners in an area designated for redevelopment. A feasibility study has led to a conceptual design proposal for restaurants, bars, residential use and underground parking, including live-work units, private flats, affordable and key worker housing. The scheme respects the streetscape on the north and west sides and responds to the canal on the south, with a sweeping serpentine form that creates an amenity space beside the canal.
