ProjectsFarm, EssexConservation, Design This Essex Farm is a fine oak framed farmhouse originally dating from the 16th Century. The original out buildings were redeveloped with poor quality barns, which are beyond economic repair. The farmhouse is currently undergoing a painstaking refurbishment following the principles of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. The farm buildings are to be redeveloped to provide contemporary support accommodation following the development pattern of the historic farmyard.
