ProjectsMeeting House Lane, Peckham - HousingFeasibility Study, Design Two new maisonettes have been designed for self-build by a developer. The building bridges a gap between a former pub and a Victorian terrace. One maisonette has a large ground floor kitchen/living/dining room with views of the garden; the other has its living accommodation overlooking a roof terrace. The elevations have bay windows, brick and render reflecting the Victorian forms adjacent, but the detailing is crisp and modern, with terne-coated steel cladding above parapet level.
