ProjectsTalbot Road, Tottenham - HousingBriefing, Feasibility Study, Design Ten new flats have been designed to fit into a brown-field site, behind a Tesco store on Tottenham High Road. The proposed scheme would provide a high quality, high-density development of affordable housing. The two blocks of flats are designed to prevent over-looking and would bridge the scale between the five-storey supermarket and the existing housing.
