In 1999 we worked with Drivers Jonas on a feasibility study for the redevelopment of the Tank Museum.

At the time the museum had little interpretation, with the exception of the WW1 Trench Display. Several tanks were stored outdoors due to a shortage of space.

We assessed the space required for interpretation and storage and we looked at options for arranging the buildings on site.

In 2002 we developed the feasibility study and explored a range of design and cost options. Our masterplan supported a successful Stage 1 HLF application.

In 2005 we supported a successful stage 2 HLF Application and we provided architectural services for the museum extension and the new tank arena.
