What We DoBriefingA well-documented brief provides guidance during the course of a project especially when dealing with change. Our approach is to develop a close working relationship with our clients to make sure that we thoroughly understand their culture, needs and aspirations. For large organizations we conduct interviews and workshops with key personnel prior to establishing an order of priorities and a Schedule of Areas.
