What We DoConservation and alterationsThe conservation of historic buildings requires an understanding of the cultural significance of the site and a practical approach. Our approach is influenced by S.P.A.B. principles of conservative repair and minimal intervention, in order to repair and alter buildings in a reversible and identifiable manner. Our alterations are sensitive and respectful of the existing buildings and their context whilst being modern and inventive. We work with craftsmen to produce bespoke solutions to individual problems.
