The London Boroughs of Newham and Enfield set up grant schemes with English Heritage to regenerate streets with heritage value that had become dilapidated.

 

We were appointed by 8 individual owners to conserve run down facades and replace inappropriate shop fronts, signage, railings and windows. The work at 353 Fore Street Edmonton included paint removal and restoration of damaged terracotta mouldings to reveal the polychrome facade.

 

The projects had limited budgets and required tight cost control and project management.
