A well-documented brief provides guidance during the course of a project especially when dealing with change.

Our approach is to develop a close working relationship with our clients to make sure that we thoroughly understand their culture, needs and aspirations. For large organisations we conduct interviews and workshops with key personnel prior to establishing an order of priorities and a Schedule of Areas.

We prepare agendas for workshops to prompt attendees to consider their requirements in advance, we prepare comprehensive notes of the workshops and document the brief in a report so that the subsequent designs can be audited to ensure that they comply with the client's requirements.
