Masterplans enable clients to anticipate future requirements and to build in a way that preserves development potential. 

Our approach is to establish a flexible framework for development by setting down design principles for site access, circulation, servicing and three-dimensional constraints with respect to height, bulk and mass. 

We carry out zoning studies for density, phasing and use categories. This is done in parallel with negotiations with planning authorities and in close liaison with other building consultants.
